A Tribute to My Beloved Sister-in-Law
De LOY,
It is with a heavy heart that I remember and honor my dear Sister-in-Law, Chizoba Eric-Atuanya Owoh, who has been part of my life for over 43 years.
She was more than family, she was a trusted friend, a kind soul, and a gentle force of unity and love.
She played a special role in my life, helping to rekindle old family ties and reconnect friendships that time had scattered. Through her kindness and insight, she helped bridge hearts and heal distances. Most profoundly, it was through her that I met the love of my life, my wife, and for that alone, I will be forever grateful. Through her kindness, wisdom, and quiet strength, she brought me closer to her brothers and husband’s family with whom I’ve since forged strong and lasting bonds.
Her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She had a quiet strength and a nurturing spirit that brought comfort and joy wherever she went. I will miss her deeply – her presence, her laughter, and her friendship, but I carry her memory with deep love and profound respect.
As we say goodbye, I ask Almighty God, in His mercy and compassion, to accept her soul, forgive her shortcomings, and receive her into His heavenly kingdom. May she find peace and eternal rest among the blessed, and may her memory always be a source of comfort and inspiration to those of us left behind.
Rest in peace, dear Sister-in-Law. You will forever live on in our hearts.
